    Sucafina is one of the leading trade houses in the world, and sources coffee from most producing countries. Sucafina with more than 1,400 employees in 42 countries, the Group is a key and growing player in the coffee world. With its main trading base in Geneva, Sucafina sources coffee, often directly from farmers, to provide its partners with sustainable value across the global supply chain.
    • Conduct initial quality checks and manage transactions with suppliers.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to production schedules. Promptly report deviations and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
    • Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and projects in alignment with environmental and social responsibility standards.
    • Collect and analyze data related to procurement, production, and sustainability metrics.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Regional Coordinator.
    • Perform other duties as required by management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related discipline (preferred).
    • Prior experience in procurement, production, or sustainability roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
    • Familiarity with certification standards such as Café Practices, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, Fairtrade, and similar programs.
    • Knowledge of coffee production is an asset.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Willingness to relocate and travel extensively within East Java (Bondowoso)as soon as possible.
