CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Guest Relation & Social Media Officer (N/A)

• Ensuring our guests' needs are met including answering their questions and patching them up with amazing activities around town
• Organize trips and ensure our guests are having a great time staying with us (awesome atmosphere)
• Provide neighbourhood tour to guests, don't worry, we'll introduce you to our neighbourhood
• Creating content on our social media (instagram, Facebook, blog) & engaging followers
• Help us get great reviews from our guests, advise necessary improvements
• Helping out with Housekeeping & around the house, training will be provided

MORE INFO:

• Minimum of three weeks of volunteering, longer term is preferred – it is heartbreaking to say goodbye so soon and we want you to make an impact in whatever you do.
• 5 work hours a day, 5 days a week, choose your own day off & schedule your work hours with us. We work as a family.
• We provide you with bed in our dorm room, no monetary payment may be given due to labour law.
• Your work family will be a mix of volunteer(s) and hostel staff (high school graduates & learning English) plus furry friends.
