    About the Role

    We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior PPC Specialist to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large advertising budgets, delivering strong ROI, and developing advanced strategies that drive growth. Experience working in an agency environment and handling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy & Planning

    • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC strategies across platforms. (Google Ads, Bing, DV360, etc.)
    • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
    • Plan and forecast budgets to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.

    Campaign Management

    • Manage end-to-end execution of paid campaigns: setup, testing, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively make data-driven adjustments.
    • Implement advanced bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience targeting.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report performance.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Collaboration

    • Partner with content, creative, and web teams to ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and user experience.
    • Share best practices and mentor junior PPC specialists.
    • Stay updated on new ad platform features, industry trends, and emerging tools.

    Requirements:

    • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMAX), Meta Ads, and at least one additional platform. (LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
    • Can effectively use Excel and Google Sheets for data management, analysis.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization. (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of managing large budgets (e.g., $100k+/month) with measurable ROI.
    • Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple accounts is a strong advantage.

    Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

    • Experience in Forex, FinTech, SaaS, or eCommerce industry.
    • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising. (DV360, Taboola, Outbrain)
    • Advanced data analysis.
