Tanggung Jawab:
- Sourcing & Screening: Melakukan sortir CV dan seleksi awal kandidat sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
- Job Posting: Menayangkan iklan lowongan kerja di berbagai platform (Job Portal & Social Media).
- Selection Process: Mengatur jadwal dan melakukan sesi Interview serta sesi Psikotes bagi kandidat.
- Data Analysis: Mengecek dan mengolah hasil data Psikotes melalui sistem internal.
- Onboarding Preparation: Melakukan proses Offering Letter kepada kandidat terpilih.
- Collaboration: Berdiskusi rutin dengan Supervisor Recruitment & Manager HC terkait strategi pemenuhan staf.
- Internal Coordination: Berkoordinasi dengan divisi lain (user) mengenai detail permintaan staf baru.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3 (Semua jurusan, Psikologi/Manajemen SDM lebih disukai).
- Fresh Graduate (FG) dipersilakan melamar.
- Memahami alur dasar proses rekrutmen (End-to-end recruitment).
- Growth Mindset: Memiliki kemauan yang kuat untuk belajar dan terbuka terhadap arahan/masukan.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan percaya diri.
- Mobilitas Tinggi: Bersedia melakukan mobile ke cabang-cabang klinik
- Penempatan Cakung, Jaktim
