Job summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with a passion for automotive services and a talent for ensuring client satisfaction. As a Service Advisor (4W), you will oversee various aspects of automotive service operations, contribute to the strategic direction of our service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess diploma's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration or related field from reputable institution.
- Demonstrate minimum 3 years hands-on experience in automotive services showcasing proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and optimizing service operations.
