Job summary

Oversee the full production timeline for all video and photo content, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards. Provide clear creative direction and creative briefs and be able to translate briefs from other stakeholders into clear action plans. Direct and mentor the creative team, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and track multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources and deadlines effectively.
• Actively participate in the creative process, offering your expertise in graphic design, photography, or video production as needed.
• Review all final content to ensure it meets our brand guidelines and quality standards before it's published.
• Facilitate the revision process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring the team implements changes efficiently.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role.
• A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire content creation process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom is a must.
