Client Relations Manager (Real Estate Developer – Bali)
Work format: On-site, full-time (Bali office)
Schedule: 5 days a week, approximately 11:00–19:00 (Bali time) — flexible arrangements possible.
Company: Premium real estate developer based in Bali
Responsibilities:
• Assist and support clients throughout the process — from signing to handover.
• Communicate with clients in English, Indonesian, and other foreign languages (additional languages are a strong advantage).
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Handle documentation, client updates, and reporting.
• Manage calls, messages, and meetings with clients, providing a high-level customer experience.
• Resolve inquiries and assist with day-to-day client needs.
Requirements:
• Work experience in customer service or client support is highly valued (e.g., call center operator, client service manager, receptionist, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Indonesian; knowledge of additional foreign languages (Ukrainian, Russian, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and attentive to detail.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
