    Deskripsi
    Responsibilities
    • Provide Administrative Support
    • Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. engineering, marketing and product teams
    • Maintain new and existing products' configurations or rules setup
    • Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures Operational Support
    • Provide product operational support to product managers
    • Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders
    • Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems
    • Project Support for Specific Features or Product
    • Provide support for specific projects and/or the smallest stream under the project
    • Do testing based on reference or checklist given by product managers and report the result as it is
    • Document on how-to-use or product guideline - include screenshot apps or landing page based on guideline or direction from product managers Provide Data Reporting
    • Gather & collect necessary information or data for reporting
    • Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight with the guideline or direction from product managers

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome
    • Open for all majors, but candidates with Math/Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering will be preferred
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
    • Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via verbal and written medium
    • Able to write and execute database queries using MySQL and MongoDB
    • Understand the pull request mechanism and basic CI/CD workflow (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins)
    • Having an interest in product management is a plus point
    • Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills
    • Have a strong willingness to learn
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership and can-do attitude
    • Available to work for 6 days a week
