Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs to ensure accuracy and performance visibility
• Support effective Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management and cost discipline
• Review production cost components including materials, labor, and overhead allocation
• Conduct structured variance analysis to enhance operational insights
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen cost control flow and reporting reliability
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics to monitor factory performance
• Translate operational performance into meaningful financial analysis to support preventive actions and decision making
• Engage directly on the factory floor to understand production flow, validate key cost drivers, and ensure alignment between operations and financial data
• Review implementation of operational SOPs and ensure costing assumptions reflect actual production practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting (mandatory)
• Experience in Public Accounting handling manufacturing clients is an advantage
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost structure
• Experience analyzing raw material usage, labor efficiency, and overhead allocation
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a factory environment
• Willing to work in Cibitung, West Java, and available to work 6 days per week
