Responsibilities

• Employee counsel for any cases related
• Formal and informal discussion with the employee, employee representative or labor union
• Act as the single point of contact for all Industrial Relations issues.
• Proactively support the identification and management of potential Industrial Relations concerns.
• Ensure the implementation of regulations at both the country level and within DHL Group.
• Build and maintain a strong Industrial Relations foundation within business operations.
• Manage employee disputes, including bipartite negotiations, mediation, and IR court proceedings.
• Conduct mandatory Industrial Relations training for employees.
• Apply for and review all necessary mandatory permits.
• Review, register, and facilitate the socialization of Company Regulation extensions.
• Conduct Industrial Relations assessments for new potential customers.
• Assist the business in communicating with customers regarding the commercial impacts of regulatory changes.
• Manage all legal documentation related to expatriates.
