    Job Summary

    The Senior ERP FICO Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role works closely with business users to translate financial requirements into effective system solutions, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and supports end-to-end financial processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    ERP Implementation & Configuration

    • Lead end-to-end ERP FICO implementations (FI & CO modules)
    • Configure FI modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Bank & Cash Management
    • Configure CO modules:
    • Cost Center Accounting
    • Internal Orders
    • Profit Center Accounting
    • Product Costing & COPA (if applicable)

    Business Process & Analysis

    • Analyze client financial and controlling business processes
    • Gather and document business requirements (BRD / FSD)
    • Design ERP solutions aligned with accounting standards and business needs
    • Recommend best practices and system improvements

    Project & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as key FICO subject matter expert in project teams
    • Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams
    • Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
    • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Support financial reporting, management reporting, and statutory reporting
    • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

    Support & Optimization

    • Handle system enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution
    • Perform root-cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
    • Conduct user training and prepare system documentation

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

    Experience

    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an ERP FICO Consultant
    • Proven experience in at least 2 full ERP implementation projects
    • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and controlling processes
