    General Requirements
    • Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (Bachelor's Degree for Manager, Diploma, Supervisor
    • Relevant hotel experience min 2 years with leadership exposure
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent focus on guest satisfaction with team, professional service
    • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Proficiency in hotel system (PMS/OTA, POS) and computer literacy (Ms Office)
    • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and reporting skills

    Additional For Manager
    • Proven ability in business strategy, revenue growth, and cost control
    • Networking experience with corporate clients, travel agents, and hospitality partners

    Additional for Supervisor
    • Hands-on ability to support operations during peak hours
    • Knowledge of SOP implementation and staff training
