    Job Description

  • Building and manage tech team in Taiwan
  • Oversee product development
  • Work with CTO and the team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the Taiwanese market
  • work closely with the tech team in Indonesia, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
  • While you'll manage the team and product, be prepared to jump in and code alongside them, especially as the Taiwan team grows
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and build from the ground up as we establish our presence in Taiwan. The Successful Applicant
  • Backend developer with experience in Golang
  • Senior level with experience leading a team
  • Understands software development
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Indonesian language is a plus
  • Experience with RNG (random number generator)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong technical skills, leadership, and business accumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
