The Role

As Director of Digital Strategy and Optimization, you'll be the strategic force behind our digital ecosystem, owning SEO, high-end web design, technical enhancements, CRM integration, and overall digital performance. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this high-impact, remote role is perfect for a seasoned expert who can drive organic growth, elevate user experience for affluent investors, and integrate systems to capture and nurture high-value leads seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies to dominate search rankings for luxury villa investments, Phuket/Koh Samui real estate, and related high-net-worth terms across global markets.
• Build and manage premium backlink profiles through strategic outreach, partnerships with luxury real estate portals, influencers, and media in the hospitality and investment sectors.
• Oversee high-end website redesign and optimization ), ensuring ultra-modern, mobile-responsive design with stunning visuals, fast load times, intuitive UX, interactive project galleries, and seamless navigation that reflects our luxury brand.
• Implement and integrate advanced CRM systems to capture, track, and nurture leads from website forms, inquiries, and digital campaigns; automate follow-ups, personalize investor communications, and align with sales/rental management pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth technical audits and improvements, including site speed, core web vitals, structured data for rich snippets, schema markup for properties, and integration with analytics tools.
• Drive content strategy and optimization, including keyword research, on-page enhancements, AI-powered blogging for market insights, and high-quality visuals/virtual tours to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and sales teams to embed digital best practices into new project launches, investor presentations, and global campaigns.
• Monitor and report on KPIs (organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM dashboards; provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Stay ahead of 2026 digital trends, including AI SEO tools, voice search, mobile-first indexing, and luxury real estate-specific best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital marketing/SEO, with at least 10+ years in director-level or senior leadership roles, preferably in real estate, luxury brands, or high-value e-commerce.
• Proven success in significantly improving organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation for premium websites; experience with luxury real estate or hospitality a strong plus.
• Expertise in high-end web design principles (modern UI/UX, visual storytelling, fast-loading luxury aesthetics) and technical SEO; familiarity with CMS platforms, custom development, and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or real estate-specific like Follow Up Boss) for lead management, automation, and sales alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (Google Suite, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz), financial modeling for ROI tracking, and data interpretation.
• Deep knowledge of international markets (Asia/Europe focus preferred); understanding of real estate investment keywords, buyer journeys for HNWIs, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related; advanced certifications (Google Analytics/SEO, CRM, UX) advantageous.
• Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial remote environment.
