Job Description

• Create and execute strategies to ensure the company's enduring success and sustainability
• Offer innovative leadership, cultivating a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Enhance operational efficiency and productivity by optimizing resource management and processes
• Build and sustain relationships with essential stakeholders, such as investors and regulators (OJK & BI)
• Supervise financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to bolster continuous growth.

Requirement

• Extensive leadership experience in the Financial Services or Banking sector, demonstrating a successful history of growing previous organizations.
• Exhibits robust leadership qualities coupled with a strategic perspective to guide the entire business.
• Proven track record in implementing process enhancements and streamlining operational workflows.
• Highly adept in analytical thinking and problem-solving, prioritizing data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• In-depth understanding of Fintech operations, compliance, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
