    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Account Managers in the server sales division. The primary focus of this role is to ensure smooth project execution by monitoring order fulfillment, tracking payments, maintaining data records, and coordinating communication among project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, and is committed to delivering accurate and timely support to the sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Account Managers in managing server sales projects, from order processing to delivery and follow-up.
    • Track and update the status of order shipments, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving any delivery-related issues.
    • Monitor and record project payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and maintain accurate financial data.
    • Prepare regular reports on order status, payment collections, and project progress for management review.
    • Organize and facilitate project meetings with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Maintain and update customer and project records in the company database.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and a diligent, responsible work attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data management and reporting.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Previous experience in sales support, data tracking, or project coordination is a plus.
