Mission - Handling for project (Contact group companies to check and maintain the Laptop/PC conditions and maintenance)- Handle inquiries from the clients in Japanese and English- Response to customer's complain or problem- Act as a bridge for customer and internal team- Make regular report to management- Other responsibilities as needed・Fresh Graduates are welcome・Business Japanese (N2) proficiency and Conversational English・Willing to do shift work and learn IT system & IT Service・Microsoft Skill
