Job Description

• Supporting the project manager in maintaining overall project control, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
• Managing project budgets, meticulously tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
• Developing comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical milestones and potential risks, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Implementing and upholding quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards, conducting necessary audits as required.
• Preparing and delivering regular project status reports for senior management, facilitating effective communication between the project team and stakeholders.
• Analyzing project performance data and contract management to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively assisting the project manager in identifying and implementing preventive measures or corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
• Utilizing project management software and tools to streamline project control processes and enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum of 7 years of project controls experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant project control tools.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience in cross-cultural management.
• Familiarity with fundamental business principles in the palm oil refinery industry.
• Knowledge of legal and contractual standards specific to the palm oil refinery sector in Indonesia.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in commercial management processes.
