Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, develop and maintain cost breakdown structures, and conduct benchmarking using historical data and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates based on 30–70% project definition. Ensure estimates reflect the latest engineering deliverables, vendor data, and construction methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a structured Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with International coding and reporting systems. Integrate CBS with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure traceability and consistency across all cost elements.
