is currently assisting one of our clients, a Plantation Company and they're looking for a Finance Accounting Manager ~ General Manager position to be placed in Muara Enim with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Role / Responsibilities

• Manage overall accounting, tax, and finance operations
• Handle external audits and tax inspections
• Oversee cash flow and fund management
• Prepare financial closing and report to Tokyo HQ
• Coordinate with management and support business decisions

Main Goal:

Support the company's financial management, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making through accurate and efficient accounting, tax, and finance management.

Job Description:

• Accounting & Audit: Work with external auditors, apply accounting standards, prepare financial statements
• Tax: Handle tax audits, liaise with tax authorities and consultants, ensure compliance with regulations
• Finance: Manage cash flow and funds, prepare financial reports
• Corporate Closing: Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, report departmental figures, coordinate with departments

Requirements

1. Excellent oral and written English skills
2. Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience in manufacturing (experience in forestry/plantation operations is a plus)
3. At least 3 years' experience as an Accounting Manager
4. Business-level English; Japanese not required
