Job summary

We are hiring for a Staff Accounting position to replace our staff who is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing financial statements and attending to other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Producing financial statements and attending to other accounting tasks.
• Liaise with other departments to obtain data in time for the preparation of transaction batches and informing them to the Management Accountant when required.
• Preparation of annual budget work sheet as per the agreed guidelines / parameters on a timely basis.
• Review the General Ledger and TB of the Estate and identify deviation / trends as well as comparing against the budget.
• Ensure petty cash float at the locations are adequately managed and recorded on a timely basis.
