- Execute Opportunity-to-Revenue Verification: Oversee the meticulous verification of deal documents, ensuring that pricing approvals, schedules, and Statements of Work (SOW) are accurately attached and aligned with company policy.
- Ensure Data Integrity & Validation: Validate critical deal metrics, including the calculation of Total Contract Value (TCV), Total Annual Amount (TAA), and contract terms, ensuring that all primary products and quantities match the signed agreements.
- Drive Process Excellence: Collaborate with the Deal Operations Center (DOC) to map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives that minimize manual checks and increase efficiency across the global sales organization.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior sales support or commercial administration function, preferably within a global or multi-country environment.
- Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills: A proven ability to recognize process breakdowns, validate complex financial data, and resolve inconsistencies using advanced problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A rigorous approach to organizational tasks, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-priority deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Educational Foundation: A University Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in English (additional international languages are a plus).
