    About The Role
    • Proficiency in using office software, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive informations
    • Performs related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager
    • Manage Guest Satisfaction Survey and acting as a liaison, ensuring guest feedback is communicated to the relevant departments and that any operational changes are made to improve guest satisfaction
    • Designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating captivating content, and overseeing Media relations activities.

    Your Skills & Experiences
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to draft reports, emails, and other business documents
    • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and optimize workflows
    • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
    • Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content.
