- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on international shipping.
- Strong background in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- A strong hunting mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
