    Job Description

Job Description:
    • Melakukan analisa teknis proses electroplating (Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, dll).
    • Melakukan analisa larutan kimia plating (pH, konsentrasi, suhu, impurity).
    • Memantau dan mengontrol parameter proses plating:
    • Arus & tegangan
    • Waktu plating
    • Temperatur bath
    • pH & konsentrasi larutan
    • Mengidentifikasi penyebab masalah kualitas plating (warna, ketebalan, adhesi, blister, burning, dll).
    • Memberikan rekomendasi teknis perbaikan proses kepada bagian produksi.
    • Melakukan trial proses dan improvement untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi plating.
    • Menyusun dan memperbarui SOP, WI, dan parameter proses plating.
    • Mendukung bagian QC dalam analisa kegagalan (failure analysis).
    • Membuat laporan analisa teknis harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
    • Mengontrol pemakaian bahan kimia plating agar sesuai standar dan target cost.
    • Berkoordinasi dengan supplier bahan kimia terkait spesifikasi dan troubleshooting.
    • Mendukung audit internal dan eksternal (ISO, customer audit).
    • Memastikan penerapan K3 dan lingkungan di area plating.

    Requirements
    • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman
    • Berdomisili cirebon
