Ensuring the CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) is traceable, certified, comply with NDPE policy and comes from sustainable and trustable source. With pioneering facility, Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia has succeeded to halve its carbon footprint and produce ultra-pure products under the brand of Unioleo.

    About the Role

    Personal Care is a growing Eur15Billion Turnover business, providing deodorants, liquid and bar soaps, toothpastes and toothbrushes, to the world's consumers. We have an exciting portfolio of brands, a global presence, and are the market leaders in many of the markets where we operate.

    The Demand Planning and Customer Service Collaborative Manufacturing Assistant Manager has broad responsibilities for Deliver Volumes: Streamlining Service Rate performance measurement fit to BU requirement; Deliver Operational Excellence: Dispatch OTIF, CU and Inventory; Project Digitalization RPA: Seamless order from all MSO to Alliance; and establish effective ways of working to deliver

    Experience & Qualifications

    1. Graduated from Bachelor of Engineering

    2. A minimum of 5 years broad and relevant supply chain experience, built across different SC functions, and so might include CM Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Product Change, Procurement

    3. Able to set up and lead SNOP or RCDSR (Reconciliation demand and supply review)

    4. Understand how MRP works

    5. Able to prepare Master Production Schedule with weekly rolling plan.

    6. Passionate about working in Supply Chain environment, able to work under pressure to meet timeline and service level

    7. Self-driven, able to plan, do, check and get things done
