Key Tasks / Accountabilities

• Provide selection of capable vendors
• Ensure the selected and approved vendor has the right capability with technical requirement, quality of services, and meet to Diageo term of payment
• Strengthen the bidding process by following the Diageo standard
• Provide support to analyse the selection of vendor quotation with a mindset a high-quality goods/ services with a competitive price
• Identify and qualify the preferred vendor and register it under catalogue
• Regularly review with area owners for the vendor performance with the latest / updated prices and quality of services
  
  

What You Need To Bring To This Role

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing process (preferably in FMCG)
• Knowledge of Diageo saving and productivity as part of AOP process
• Working knowledge of SAP & Coupa
• Ability to interpret and analyse extensive data sources to identify cost saving opportunities, e.g., OPEX spend, CAPEX spends
• Track record of good engagement and communication skills
• Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages
