Job Description:
- Find and acquire corporate clients (B2B) for vehicle rental / operating lease services
- Visit companies, conduct presentations, and explain fleet rental solutions
- Understand client fleet needs and prepare lease proposals with pricing details
- Negotiate with clients until the deal is closed
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit Analyst, Legal, Marketing Support) to ensure smooth processing
- Collect and ensure completeness of corporate KYC documents
- Review contracts and Purchase Orders (PO) before sending them to clients
- Monitor rental payments to ensure they are made on time
- Follow up overdue payments together with the Collection team
- Manage contract expiry, renewal, extension, or vehicle return process
- Submit weekly sales activity and prospect reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or Sales (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Accounting, Management, or Marketing)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Preferably experienced in vehicle rental / operating lease company
- Understanding of corporate fleet rental business is an advantage
