    About The Role

    Rosé All Day is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive who's passionate about bringing beauty brands to life at the retail level through strong execution, creative activations, and data-driven strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating brand direction into impactful in-store presence—balancing big-picture planning with hands-on coordination across channels.

    You'll take the lead in developing and executing trade marketing plans, managing POSM and promotional initiatives, supporting new product launches, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Team, Key Account Managers, and District Sales Managers to ensure consistent brand visibility and performance in the field.

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement trade marketing plans and strategies that align with overall brand objectives and sales goals.
    • Collaborate with sales & marketing, teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion across all channels.
    • Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand presence.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Oversee POSM (Point of Sale Materials) management: Identify requirements, design and manage promotional items, coordinate with Channel Lead and ensure timely delivery and implementation.
    • Work closely with Marketing Team, Key Account Manager (KAM) & District Sales Manager (DSM).
    • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Support new product launches by developing and executing go-to-market strategies & in stores activation.
    • Organize and manage events by planning and coordinating grand demos, expos, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
    • a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the personal care or beauty sector.
    • Strong attention to detail and shown experience managing the offline channel.
    • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to convert data into insights that can be improving performance.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work well with others in different teams.
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Innovative marketing solutions are driven by creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • This position necessitates physical mobility, event visits, and the ability to operate in outside settings and at events.
