    Who are we?

    Kulu is an AI startup, backed by some of the world's leading investors, including Antler (backers of Lovable and Airalo) and Redbus (backers of Cleo). We are building AI agents for software companies that run video calls with their users to get them onboarded. Imagine joining a Zoom call with an AI to help you get set up using a new piece of software - just share your screen and speak with the AI as it guides you through configuration.

    Kulu is led by a rockstar founding team: Ed (CEO) - 1st PM at Teya ($1b+ valuation in 2 years) and one previous exit. Rio (CTO) - PhD in AI, specialising in computer vision. Oscar (CCO) - Former Head of Sales at multiple VC-backed companies.

    Kulu has two offices: London - Sales Office, and Bali - Product & Engineering Office. The founding team works from both locations.

    **About the Role

    **

    This is not a traditional marketing role.

    As our Full Stack AI Marketer, you will design and execute the entire marketing system. We are looking for an operator who can build a modern, AI-native growth engine from the ground up. You will sit at the intersection of:

    • Growth strategy
    • Content marketing
    • Search (SEO, GEO, AEO)
    • Website Building & conversion
    • Analytics & experimentation
    • AI workflow automation

    This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on building. You will not inherit a mature marketing machine - you will build it.

    Tasks
    • Activation-driven growth - Define and optimize the funnel from traffic → signup → activation. Design and run experiments that measurably improve conversion.
    • SEO, GEO & AEO - Build authority across traditional search and AI answer engines.
    • Content marketing engine - Create high-signal content (SEO, LinkedIn, thought leadership, product-led content) and build a compounding distribution system
    • AI automation systems - Design AI-powered workflows for research, content production, repurposing, reporting, and growth ops.
    • Website Management (Framer preferred) - Own, design, and continuously improve the website and landing pages for clarity and conversion.
    • Analytics & experimentation - Implement tracking, build dashboards, and run a consistent experiment cadence.

    You're not managing agencies. You're building the machine.

    Requirements

    Core Requirements

    • Completely Fluent English
    • 2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or AI (PLG or hybrid experience preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth (activation, conversion, pipeline)
    • Strong SEO capability (technical fundamentals + content strategy)
    • Understanding of GEO/AEO and optimizing for AI-driven search environments
    • Proven content marketing ability (clear, structured, persuasive writing)
    • Experience building AI-powered workflows and automations
    • Comfortable implementing analytics and event tracking (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, etc.)
    • Ability to build and manage websites (Framer preferred)
    • Strong copywriting and conversion optimization skills
    • High agency, independent, and systems-oriented

    Bonus

    • Experience in marketing AI products
    • Ability to code and how you can apply this to marketing
    • Experience shaping or defining emerging categories
    • Paid acquisition testing experience
    • RevOps or marketing automation experience
