    Role Description

    Koding Next is seeking a highly motivated and passionate IT Teacher for Kids & Teens to join our team in Bandung, Indonesia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering engaging and effective coding instruction to children and teenagers.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and delivering curriculum tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of our young learners.
    • Facilitating interactive learning experiences that foster a love for coding and computational thinking.
    • Assessing student progress through various methods and providing constructive feedback.
    • Creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities.
    • Staying current with the latest trends and advancements in IT education.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Tech-Savvy - A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Education/Science or a related field is required.
    • New Grads Welcome - We're excited to train recent graduates A bonus if you have teaching experience.
    • Willing to work in a child-oriented environment
    • Communication Skills - Fluency in English is a must.
    • Team Player - You thrive in a collaborative environment and are a fast learner. Professionalism is important, so please present yourself well.

    • Location - Willingness to work from our Bandung/Kota Baru Parahyangan office is a must.
    • Ready to hit the ground running - Willing to work on a Full-Time position and willing to start working ASAP
