Job summary
Support the execution of CRM campaigns by handling day-to-day tasks such as campaign setup, testing, reporting and documentation. Ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of CRM activities in line with client requirements and agency standards.- Familiar with CRM Tools like Salesforce etc.
