Job summary
Manage end-to-end payroll processes ensuring timely accurate salary calculation disbursement for all employees Maintain update payroll databases for Head Office Branch Offices ensuring accuracy completeness of employee records Lead implementation of new HRIS system from initial setup go-live ensuring seamless transition system optimization Drive payroll automation by transitioning from manual calculations to fully HRIS-integrated workflow Administer monitor ensure proper implementation of employee compensation benefits programs Conduct regular analysis of compensation structures including salary adjustments increments salary banding private insurance schemes Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation benefits HR policies Ensure all payroll compensation benefits activities comply with local tax laws labor regulations internal company policies Prepare submit accurate monthly annual tax reports Manage HR data throughout employee lifecycle from onboarding offboarding Provide weekly monthly HR reports assist management decision-making
