- Assisting the Head of GwIA PLAI to liaise with Principal IT Audit Manager in regional to develop and continuously review an annual risk based audit plan for IT portfolio in PLAI, aligned to BU strategy.
- Managing the delivery of a portfolio of audits within the area of responsibility in line with agreed annual audit plan, continuously reviewing to ensure alignment between audit strategy and business strategy.
- Supporting the Audit leadership team in executing a range of continuous improvement, administrative and reporting tasks needed to meet GwIA stakeholder requirements.
- Required to have a good working relationship with Head of GwIA, PLAI and other members of the Internal Audit management team, including PCA & GHO.
- Key accountabilities include building and sustaining good working relationships with senior operational line management.
- Help to construct the annual audit plan in consultation with their colleagues and business line management. Clear articulation of specialist audit and resource needs to deliver the annual audit plan provided to Technical Leads.
- Are responsible individually and collectively for the scheduling of the resources of the Audit Plan. Ongoing liaison with the GwIA Practice Team to ensure effective management of the GwIA resource plan.
- Manage a large portfolio of varied audit assignments to time, quality and budget. Managers have a responsibility for reviewing the audit working papers in line with the GwIA audit methodology.
- Line managing a team of Auditors/Principal Auditors within a matrix structure with responsibility for the line management of individuals, with responsibility for coaching and mentoring individuals and providing feedback on performance following completion of each assignment.
- Responsible for discussing the audit report and findings with senior line management and for ensuring that appropriate responses are obtained for each issue raised in the report.
- Ensuring a post audit review is conducted at the end of each audit assignment in line with the GwIA audit methodology.
- To represent GwIA in management of stakeholder relationships.
- Security audits of:
- AS/400
- Unix
- Networks (such as network architecture design, firewall, routers)
- Database management system (such as DB2 and Oracle)
- IT operations, data centre and DRP/BCP reviews
- IT project management/Systems Development Life Cycle and systems change reviews
- Supporting the business auditors in integrated audits
- The candidate preferably should have experience in usage of CAATS (i.e. ACL or IDEA).
- Good command & writing of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Understand the Senior Management and Audit Committees expectations.
- Good understanding on the local regulation (OJK and other related supervision)
- Good leadership skills
- Proficiency both English and Bahasa
- Demonstrable experience of influencing and challenging senior management and building excellent relationships.
- Experience in successfully coaching and developing people.
- High attention to detail and rigorous logical thinking ability.
- Good Team player, who can win and maintain the professional respect of the team.
