• Marketing Specialist
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the restaurants
• Track performance, prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies when needed
• Work closely with the head of Restaurant Division to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Manage and grow restaurant social media accounts (content planning, posting, coordination with designers / photographers)
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
• Monitor competitors and stay updated on current F&B market trends
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in F&B / restaurant / hospitality marketing (mandatory)
• Willing to share case studies and examples of previous work
• Strong visual awareness and understanding of social media trends
• Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa)
• English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent)
• Experience in expat-led business or international teams is a plus
