Mengidentifikasi seluruh komponen biaya laboratorium (reagent, bahan habis pakai, kalibrasi alat, maintenance, outsourcing, logistik, tenaga kerja dll).
- Menyusun struktur biaya dan cost center untuk laboratorium.
- Membuat SOP cost control termasuk alur persetujuan pembelian penggunaan material dan pencatatan biaya.
