Archipelago International seeks a Senior Revenue Development Manager to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities within our hotel properties.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives. This includes leading the development of annual sales and marketing plans, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and revenue maximization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Your leadership skills, coaching abilities, and mentoring experience will be crucial in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations. You will also represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
