    Deskripsi Pekerjaan

    • Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan komprehensif yang sejalan dengan tujuan bisnis keseluruhan perusahaan.
    • Menetapkan target penjualan, identifikasi target pasar, dan menentukan sales channels yang efektif.
    • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien yang sudah ada dan key account.
    • Memastikan pelayanan pelanggan yang unggul untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mendorong bisnis berulang.
    • Berkolaborasi dengan tim operational untuk memahami penawaran perusahaan dan menyusun solusi yang sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beragam dari klien.
    • Update tentang tren industri, aktivitas pesaing, dan permintaan pasar dalam industri.
    • Memantau, menganalisis, dan menerapkan tindakan korektif terhadap kinerja penjualan untuk mengoptimalkan target penjualan.
    • Menyiapkan laporan kinerja penjualan reguler, perkiraan, laporan, dan presentasi untuk manajemen.
    • Mengawasi negosiasi kontrak dengan klien, memastikan ketentuan yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak sambil melindungi kepentingan perusahaan.

    Persyaratan

    • Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) dari segala jurusan.
    • Usia minimal 28 tahun dengan pengalaman kerja 7 - 10 tahun.
    • Pengalaman kerja di industri serupa (transportasi / sewa kendaraan, preferably trucking).
    • Berpengalaman dalam menghandle siklus sales dari perencanaan sampai dengan closing.
    • Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang industri sewa kendaraan komersial dan logistik.
    • Kemampuan untuk menganalisis kinerja penjualan, mengidentifikasi tren, dan menyusun laporan penjualan dan perkiraan yang komprehensif.
    • Menguasai Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
    • Kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat.
    • Kompeten dalam melakukan riset pasar.
    • Lancar berbahasa Inggris, baik dalam tulisan maupun berbicara.
    • Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal, negosiasi, kepemimpinan, dan kerja sama yang luar biasa.

    Sebagai bagian dari tim pt-astra-international-tbk, Anda akan bertugas untuk mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan komprehensif yang sejalan dengan tujuan bisnis keseluruhan perusahaan. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim operasional untuk memahami penawaran perusahaan dan menyusun solusi yang sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beragam dari klien.

    Anda harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menganalisis kinerja penjualan, mengidentifikasi tren, dan menyusun laporan penjualan dan perkiraan yang komprehensif. Selain itu, Anda juga harus memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan kompeten dalam melakukan riset pasar.
