The Team Lead Credit Reviewer is responsible for supervising KYC agents and leading the credit review team to achieve performance targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in KYC and PV verification processes.Responsibilities
- Supervise KYC (Know Your Customer) agents in the customer review process to ensure compliance with both internal and regulatory requirements in support of the company's business operations.
- Supervise PV (Phone Verification) agents in verifying fund recipients as part of the KYC process, ensuring alignment with internal and external regulations.
