Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new IBs / partners including document verification and account setup
- Check and validate partner contracts before submission to regional/global teams
- Upload and manage partner information in CRM and internal systems
- Closely collaborate with local Business Development team and regional APAC teams
- Closely track partner onboarding progress maintaining accurate records.
- Precisely prepare routine reports provide insights on partner onboarding metrics
