    Job Description for IT Infrastructure Manager

    Talent Insider is an innovative HR consultancy service expanding its regional presence across Singapore and Indonesia.

    We provide expert guidance to leading brands, assisting with growth plans, strategies, and recruitment and branding initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a Digital Transformation Roadmap, incorporating short and long-term strategic plans to ensure our infrastructure meets current and future demands.
    • Support and manage projects related to ERP, SAP, Business Intelligence, and other ecosystem applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, equipment, and security measures, guaranteeing efficient and secure operations.
    • Review and formulate comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
    • Monitor the performance of information technology systems, analyzing cost and productivity levels, and providing recommendations for enhancing the IT infrastructure.
    • Act as the residential tech advocate, rallying teams behind a common digital-first objective, promoting cultural transformation and adoption.
    • Drive tech adoption throughout the office, establishing people and processes that foster behavioral transformation and improve technical literacy.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 13 years of professional experience in management information systems, with expertise in Microsoft products (Windows Server, Azure).
    • Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, property business domain, and cloud-based technologies, with experience in EXT.Js, PHP (Zend Framework), and MySQL.
    • Demonstrated background in IT infrastructure support, project management, team leadership, vendor management, and at least 10 years of experience managing a team.
    • Proficiency in governance frameworks, IT project management best practices, and good understanding of ITIL, enabling effective leadership and collaboration.

    As the ideal candidate, you will possess a diversified background in IT infrastructure support, project management, people, and vendor management skills, with at least 10 years of experience managing a team. Your strong knowledge of ERP implementation, property business domain, and cloud-based technologies will enable you to drive tech adoption and promote cultural transformation.
