• Identify and seek out potential investors who are interested in industrial real estate.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract investors.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, understanding their needs and investment criteria.
• Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase investment opportunities in industrial properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present investment data and projections.
• Provide guidance and support in negotiation processes with investors.
• Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities in industrial real estate.
• Analyze investment performance and provide insights to optimize future investment strategies.
• Contribute to the development of longterm investor acquisition and retention strategies.
• Other tasks as assigned.・Minimum 10 Years experience as Manager or Manageriallevel positions・Experienced in Industrial Real Estate for at least 15 years・Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a MUST and other foreign language.・Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill.・Have wide networking, especially in China market industries / companies
