Construction Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction process and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, including safety protocols, project planning, and team management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and instruct the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations, accident protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluate the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and S Curves.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to work overtime.
• Flexibility to work in various locations, including Cibitung, Bekasi.
