- Monitor and analyze aftersales performance to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to dealer aftersales layout (service area, waiting room, customer flow) to improve efficiency, comfort, and service effectiveness.
- Collect, process, and analyze customer satisfaction data (CSI, complaints, feedback, survey results) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support dealer aftersales improvement programs, including service process optimization and customer experience enhancement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to aftersales performance and improvement progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aftersales, service operation, dealer development, or related functions (fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome to apply).
- Able to use layout and design tools for dealer improvement planning (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings or layout plans is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct field visits and coordinate closely with dealers.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills, especially in customer satisfaction and service performance data.
- Good understanding of aftersales operations and service processes.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen-oriented).
- Ability to translate analysis into practical improvement actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data visualization skills are a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and dealers.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
