    Position: Digital Illustration Expert (Krita / Libresprite)

    Type: Hourly contract

    Compensation: $19–$65/hour

    Location: Remote

    Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Execute end-to-end digital illustration workflows using Krita or Libresprite.
    • Develop concepts, compositions, and fully rendered artwork demonstrating professional techniques.
    • Document artistic decisions, layer structures, and creative problem-solving steps for AI training.
    • Refine color, value, brush usage, and visual design throughout each project.
    • Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve creative workflows.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve creative or technical illustration challenges.

    Requirements:

    • Proven expertise in Krita or Libresprite with a strong illustration portfolio.
    • Experience completing full digital illustration projects from sketch to final output.
    • Solid foundation in graphic design, composition, and visual storytelling.
    • Strong organizational skills for layer management and workflow clarity.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication to explain creative intent.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
