    Deskripsi
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise day-to-day gateway operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
    • Coordinate with linehaul, warehouse, and sorting teams to ensure on-time cargo transfer.
    • Ensure all packages are processed correctly, following scanning and handling procedures. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA).
    • Act as the main liaison with Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
    • Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training or coaching to gateway staff. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at the gateway hub.
    • Generate daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs, issues, and improvement plans.
    • Work closely with the logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, gateway, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
    • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – required for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational tools or WMS systems.
    • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes.
