Responsibilities

• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand's tone of voice
• Plan and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capture short-form video content for social media needs
• Create and manage Instagram Stories on a regular basis
• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them into relevant content
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaigns and digital activations
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) to evaluate content effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions aligned with brand tone of voice
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
• Comfortable with short-form video shooting using mobile devices
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
• Able to analyze basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) and derive simple insights
• Portfolio of social media work (posts, reels, TikTok, etc.) is required
