Job summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Staff based in Jakarta.The Purchasing Staff will be responsible for supporting day-to-day purchasing and administrative activities,
including processing purchase requests and purchase orders,
coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation.
Qualifications
* Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes* Experience in processing purchase orders and purchasing administration* Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail* Ability to manage documents, data entry, and follow-up tasks accurately* Basic analytical skills for simple price comparison and supplier evaluation* Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams* Ability to work well in a teamand handle routine tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel advantageous
