About the Role

We're hiring a Financial Analyst to support one of our U.S.-based partners. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally from small to mid-sized companies, and with prior exposure to U.S. business operations.

You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with department leaders and communicate directly with C-level executives, contributing meaningfully to strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Support the full FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models (3-statement models, revenue models, cash flow analyses)
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow results to identify trends and business drivers
• Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align financial plans with business goals
• Prepare dashboards, internal reports, and presentations for C-level leadership
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve reporting accuracy and financial visibility
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, planning, and growth decisions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance
• Experience working within small or mid-sized enterprises
• Prior experience supporting or working with U.S. companies
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting insights to senior and C-level leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience in investment banking or private equity
• Proven track record in developing financial models used for decision-making
• Experience with fundraising support or investor materials
