- Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Tender or Business Development in managerial level, with experience in construction company and building portfolio.
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Excellent negotiation and people management skill.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
